Anti-personalist movements aim to prevent the return or continued hold on power of a single, prominent political figure. They lack a clear platform or platform, but typically unite diverse opposition groups against this figure. Examples include, but are not limited to: anti-Fujimorism in Peru, which sought to prevent the Fujimori family's return to power; anti-Correaism in Ecuador, which brought together right-wing and left-wing parties to form a governing coalition; and anti-Uribeism in Colombia, which united various opposition parties against former president Álvaro Uribe Vélez.
